The Serenity to Accept Things You Cannot Change and Courage to Change the Things You Can.

Happy Aries Full Moon.

Today is a special day for me.  It is the third anniversary of my mother leaving this world for an unknown one – the Great Mystery. My mother left behind many wonderful tools and perspectives on life that help me to walk an easier path. She was wise in many ways. Perhaps one of the greatest gift that she handed on to me was The Serenity Prayer. 

God (of your own understanding) grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

Courage to change the things I can.

And the wisdom to know the difference.

This is a time of great change and trust as each day takes us into the unknown. This is no different to any other time except that we are exposed to so many perspectives through the media and online web, like never before and in amongst that we have to discern our own truth and stand up for it.
