The Full moon is in 4 degrees Scorpio, opposite the Sun in Taurus. Other planets I will be talking about that are influencing current energies are Mercury, Jupiter, Uranus and Mars, with reference to Pluto which rules Scorpio, and Venus which guides Taurus. Please look up your favourite astrologers (Or my favourite astrologers as listed below) for further information.
The World Above
Are you feeling the strong energies of this full moon? A full moon brings completion and brings matters into their full capacity of influence. Each house of the twelve houses adds their own flavour when the moon rests in them. This month we have Scorpio hosting the full moon, bringing with it a powerful charge of energy. Governed by the planet Pluto, we may be looking at death, transformation or rebirth in some of our transactions and experiences. Pluto unearths secrets and evokes transparency. Full moons call in unfinished business to be completed – perhaps even at ancestral and past life levels. You may be pushed across the line of comfort; however all will be revealed over time as to how this can be of benefit. Be patient and loving toward yourself and loved ones at this time.
At the same time as this full moon, we have a rare occurrence of Jupiter and Uranus being side by side across from the moon in Taurus. Their influence can be seen as positive to some degree as Uranus brings about change toward freedom – perhaps even in leadership in this case – and we may see some surprises – positive ones we hope. Mars played a big part in the recent eclipse (which bring endings and new beginnings) on April 8 and continues to call for decisive action and leadership in its planetary line up with this Full Moon.
Venus rules Taurus and is always seeking ways to bring about Beauty, Bounty and Loving Relationships. The full moon shines from across the circle toward Venus assisting this to happen.
Mercury has finally completed its retrograde cycle, for now – Yahee! In perfect time for this Full Moon and new beginnings that follow.
The Mandala and Crystals
The central Selenite sphere represents the moon in its fullness, supported by 11 Fluorite crystals which bring about clarity and clean and clear energy in all aspects of Self – Body, Mind Heart and Spirit. These are backed up by a circle of Amethyst crystals - evoking high wisdom and healing any addictions to old patterns and limiting beliefs, poor habits and attitudes that don’t serve you.
Selenite hearts with Angel’s wings etched into them remind you that you are supported by the loving kindness of the Angelic realm, and to remember to ask for help and assistance when you need it. Earth Angels are also present – so look out for them too – if you are one, thank you for all you do to support us all!
Clear quartz crystals and points help to amplify all the gifts from other crystals and also to filter and direct energies from the Full Moon to you.
Daily Co-Creation Cards
At the new moon time I lay out 8 cards, Leadership in Spirit, Expansion in Health and Wealth and Body, Playfulness in Heart, and Presence in Mind - with 4 for the full moon turned over. I was so excited to see what the Full Moon Cards would bring:
World Within: Sacredness – I create sacredness today by celebrating a special moment in a meaningful, thoughtful way.
World Above: Action – I commit to mindfully take the actions today that will assist me to create my goals, visions and dreams.
World Without: Transparency – I open my heart to the light today. I am transparent in what I feel and know to be true.
World Below: Flexibility – I am flexible and open to doing things differently today.
I was surprised (Uranus and Scorpio Full Moon influence directing change) to find I had placed the Full Moon cards in the wrong position. Each card is matched with either body, mind, heart or spirit – and in writing this up I realise now I had placed them in the wrong place accidently! Perhaps it is time I mixed things up a bit! This is a perfect time to do that.
Overall Message of this Full Moon
This is the perfect time for new community and world leaders with innovative ideas for creating love, light, wisdom, unity and peace upon earth to rise up and create the changes we need to move forward and co-create the New Earth that we are waiting for.
You can expect the unexpected and be ready to move forward with the help of the alignment of the planets supporting and being illuminated by this transformative moon.
At this time, you are guided through sacred practices and sacred practices will assist you to be prepared for any surprises and changes that cross your path. Be flexible in your response to change, and remember to make room to play, to create joy.
Stand by your truth, claim your rights and stand up for what you believe in. Free yourself from any limiting beliefs that hold you back from living an authentic, purposeful life. Allow yourself to be seen, be transparent in how you feel, however stay safe and choose carefully who you reveal your feelings and dreams to.
Set goals and follow up with actions that support your dreaming. You can be sure you won’t miss any opportunities or signs if you spend time being present and watchful, ready for any sudden, surprising opportunities that come your way.
This is a time for tremendous individual and collective expansion and transformation. Be ready! And remember to make room for having fun – a smile will set you free!

- Know your prayers have been heard – allow the Divine timing to happen. All in Divine Time.

- I am guided by the infinite wisdom of the Universe.

Step to Create Your Own Mandala

Gather your crystals or objects to create your mandala. Let your intuition guide you. You will need nine of these for your foundational circe. If you take any objects from Nature, search for those on the earth if you can. If you pick anything from plants and trees, make sure you give thanks as you go. I like to greet and ask a blessing to do this from the spirit of the plant or tree.

Find the right place in your home where you can lay out your mandala. Lay out a cloth as a base.

Create a circle of Intention by marking out the four Cardinal Directions, East, North, West, South. Each direction will have an association. Choose and object to represent each of these directions. For now, you can use the directions I teach to guide you, however you may develop or be taught other directions. In Australia, the sun moves from East to North, to West, to South, In the Southern Hemisphere, it moves from East, to South, to West to North. It is best to layout your mandala Sun-wise, according to where you live as this is the way energy moves. The aspect of each cardinal direction is explained in the next step.

East is Spirit, the place where you are reminded of your identity, values and purpose. North represents your Body and world of Physical Health and Wealth and world comforts. West holds space for your Heart and loving connections. South guides your Mind, communication and focus.

The Centre is your intention for creating the mandala. All other directions support this intention. Choose an object to represent your intention for today, or for the week.

Place other objects around the centre creating a circle as you join the four directions. You can call in what you need to support your quest and/or each direction (supporting your spirit, body, heart and mind) with each object that you lay down.

It is always a good idea to bring gratitude into your mandalas. I like to surround the mandala with a circle of gratitude for what I have supporting me. This can take time. You can integrate gratitude as you lay out each direction. Keep it simple or make it as complex as you like.

If you have cards for guidance, you can shuffle them and ask for a card for each direction to guide you as to what you can do today to walk more consciously and to support your intention. I do this every day, using the mandala to hold this energy. I change my mandalas each two weeks to clear and refresh the space in my home.

Stand back and look at you mandala and absorb its energy in to your own field with your breath and intention. Connect with the central intention that you have named and say a co-creation mantra of invitation: I invite in (name your intention) today, may it find it way to me now with ease and grace, let it be so, and so it is, thank you.
