Guided by the Sacred Circle Map of Consciousness and the 4 Directions, you will be assisted to fine tune and write a list (manifesto) of what you are inviting in for the growth, transformation and wellbeing of you Physical, Emotional, Mindful and Spiritual aspects of Whole Self. A simple, beautiful process to bring to your awareness all that is crucial to your wellbeing and happiness at this time. You will be guided how to shamanically energise and activate this Manifesto to help kick start your year or any focused quest you are currently on or about to engage in.

This powerful process if more cognitive than visual, and takes different times for different people, and is customised. Generally, it can take between 45 minutes to 2 hours. This process is available for couples or groups as well. We negotiate a price when you contact me.
