Join Heather and Jo in a beautiful, sacred teaching circle to learn how to create and use a Sacred Energy Essence to capture and store  medicines from your own intentions and blessings. 

The ceremonies that you will be part of will be  strongly supported by the holy waters lovingly  collected from the sacred Grotto of Massabielle, where Saint Bernadette Soubirous of Lourdes, in France, had a vision of Mother Mary appear to her and instruct her to drink and bathe in the water for healing. This water is believed by many to have healing properties, and pilgrims travel from all parts of the world to drink from it or bathe in it in hopes of a cure. 

Other local waters will be collected and used in the making of the essence. This essence will also activated with the help of  carefully chosen crystals, and the energy medicines etherically gifted from Helpers and Spirit Guides in Within, Worlds Above, Below, and Without. 

Once captured in the water this energy essence can used in a myriad of ways. For energy activations and ceremonies, for space clearing and cleansing, to assist in the cleansing, clearing and healing of yourself and those in  your family and  communities, all creatures and spirit beings here on earth, and the planet – our beloved Mother Earth.

Energy essences like the one you will create have been used by shamans, medicine men and women, and priests and priestesses since the beginning of time. They knew, and know, that the World Above is an extension of our Visible World and that our Cosmic Families are watching over us and sending assistance to us during this, and other, challenging times – in fact in all times. They depended on spirit beings and helpers from other worlds who knew and understood how to assist them help themselves and those they served.  

 WHAT TO BRING FOR PREPARATION:

• One, or as many as you like, Generator Crystal - typically 6 sided with all points in the triangle meeting at the peak. There will be crystals to borrow or purchase provided for anyone who doesn't have them.  The crystals can be small, medium or large in size. You can have more than one crystal for this ceremony-energy-medicine-making process. 

• A good sized clear bowl. Your crystal will be placed into the large vessel at some stage. 

• A clear jar that fits in the clear bowl. Two jars that fit into each other may work.

• A small class bottle and something to make a label to put on this. You can recycle an amber or clear medicine or spray bottle - not plastic if you can help it.  A glass jar with a lid will suffice. 

• Any other crystals you have to create a space-intention-holding mandala. If you don't have crystals, then just use natural objects.

• An altar cloth 

• Nature pieces that you can collect early in the morning, or night before (if the night before, keep fresh with water sprays or in fridge) - such as leaves and seeds off the ground, or flower pods. Make sure you ask permission before choosing, try and find on the ground rather than picking, and give back something in exchange - a hair or prayer or few words of gratitude.

• One or more candles, and you might like to have some herbs that you can burn for ceremony. Ceremony Feathers Drum or rattle, or bells, bowls etc  

• Notepad

• Some kind of natural preservative for the essence you will make - could be vodka, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, grape-seed oil.

•  A litre of clean, clear filtered or preferably natural water. If I don't have spring or natural water on hand, I filter my water and then put it in a glass bottle and sit it in the sun with crystals all around it for a few hours, or overnight. Pray over it and ask for it to be clean and clear.  

• You might also like to have some oils on hand to add to the water in the larger vessel that you will charge the energies with. This water will be used in the larger vessel. 

• We will supply spring water for the three bottles you will fill. these bottles will be supplied by use as well.

• Please bring a large jar to take waters home that may be left over. 

• We will supply colloidal silver to be used to preserved your essence.  

SCHEDULE:

• Earlier in the Morning or the Night Before you arrive  - prepare all that you will need for the day. Prepare yourself as well, by taking a few moments to sit quietly, connect with your inner spirit guides and Mother Earth aND imagine the day going well. 

• 9.15am - Meet at Kupidabin Cultural Centre and settle in.  

• 9.30am Sharp: Acknowledgment of Country; Connection; Introduction and Open Ceremony. 

• We then begin the Ceremony, guided by Heather and Jo.

• The day will unfold in Divine Time from here on, with time for refreshments and to visit the beautiful  Kupidabin nature garden.  We will supply morning tea healthy snacks and herbal teas. Please bring your own water for the day and lunch. There is a fridge for your use.
