There is nothing more fulfilling than feeling inspired and in flow, except perhaps knowing you have inspired someone else to believe in themselves and trust they can manifest and enjoy their greatest dreams. You have an opportunity to read through and answer the following questions to see why you have been attracted to read this article. Perhaps you might find a key to inspire you to be the inspirational leader that you are.
· Is it time to step up and out to shine your True Nature?
· Do you believe in yourself and feel inspired by your journey?
· Do you want to become known as ‘an inspiration’ – an expert at inspiring others to believe in themselves, and to trust in their journey?
· Do you want to be known as the person or leader who gets the best out of every situation, and inspires others to do the same?
· Perhaps you aspire to motivate others toward change, assisting them to understand themselves and to commit to making a difference, in their own life, and the world?
Here are 5 steps to assist you to become an inspirational leader, to bring out the best in others, enabling them to believe in themselves, and to trust in their journey.
Step One: Self-knowing.
Know who you really are and get excited about freeing your spirit and fulfilling your potential. Let others see that you are comfortable and confident in your own skin. Know what moves you to tears and to joy, know what your natural gifts are. Know your greatest achievements, and what challenges you. Know the beliefs you carry that limit you, and know what it takes to assist you to overcome them. Know the power of your thoughts, and take responsibility for your words and actions. Know your values, and what fills your energy tank, and what puts spring in your step, a smile on your face, and fills your heart. Know what your stand is – what you will not compromise on. Know your dreams, great and small, and know you are worthy of their fulfillment. Know what you are here to do – your mission and quest for your own personal, spiritual, and professional development, and the difference you are here to make.
Step Two: Optimism.
Shine your light at every opportunity, expressing gratitude for the abundant world you live in. Trust in the cycles of life, and learn to keep your heart open at all times, even when life gets tough – especially when life gets tough. Be grateful and generous at every opportunity, radiating trust in yourself, your life, in others, and in the Universal plan. Be known for your benevolence, the person who sees the glass as half full and the Universe as unlimited, who is ready to inspire others at every opportunity. Be the person who is known to speak positively, honestly and kindly. Be known for your capacity to find meaning in everything. Be radiant, and remember, a smile will set you, and others, free.
Step Three: Presence.
Ground yourself into your centre of power and be present with yourself, and your situation, being honest and real with where you are at and where you can be if you let go of limiting thinking. Make a firm decision not to be governed by past limitations, or so caught up in the future that you feel overwhelmed and uncertain of the steps you need to take.
Step Four: Dreaming:
Be sure of and true to the dreams you have that inspire you to drive yourself to success. Become a Story-teller, an Observer, and a Dream-holder, and know what inspires you’, and motivates you to stretch yourself into living an abundant and magnificent life. Know what you want, what brings you joy, what brings out the best in you. By clear about and confident in your dreams and visions, grand, and small. Set detailed goals and steps that will ensure the Universe you are serious about doing all you can do to meet and co-create your dreams and visions.
Step Five: Action:
Take action on your goals and steps. Set yourself tasks every day that will ensure your are heading in the right direction. Let these daily steps be taken with confidence in their success. Let them be ‘now’ focused – knowing that when put together, all the small steps will lead to the big rewards you have in mind. Remember, from little things – great things grow. Be known as a person who follows through and feel inspired by this – that you do follow through, and that you are known to be reliable and to succeed. Be an inspiration and inspire others through every action you take. Let that be your focus. To inspire with and be inspired by every step you take.

Now you have the steps to becoming an inspirational leader, and to feel inspired toward living an abundant and inspirational life, and one may ask, what is your next step? You are encouraged to take out a pen and paper, and revisit each step here and answer and questions that come up. Be the observer of your feelings and reactions, and note what is inspiring you to take action. Then begin to write up a plan of action, with dates and times set out. Here are some guidelines to assist you with this process. I call this formula that is the foundation for Shamanic Path and Practice and has been shared successfully with thousands of people by my trainees and by me - BE VAST NOW!
Breathe and centre yourself and imagine yourself as the type of person you always wanted to be. Feel what this might be like in your power centre where you feel strong and clear in your energy.
Energise the process by using all of your senses. See, feel, imagine and articulate to yourself the type of leader you want to become and breathe this energy into and from your centre.
Vision how you want to walk in the world – today, and in the future. Write down your vision.
Affirm your vision – declaring out loud what you mission here today is. Write it down as an affirmation.
Symbolise your vision – give it a symbol. What will your life look like when you have become the inspirational leader you want to be.
Today’s task – what task will you do today to get the ball rolling? What sis your first step? Write it down.
No! What will way no to you fulfilling your mission and crating your vision and dream? What is New that will push you to break through old limiting patterns?
Opportunity –what is your opportunity here? What is this about? What is inspiring you to create change and to make your difference for yourself?
What is inspiring you to assist others to create change?
I trust you have felt inspired by this article and encourage you to pass it on to others.
