Corporate Shamanism

Heather began her journey in the business world as a consultant for individual clients who were searching for an added dimension within their work environment. This added dimension was recognition of the place of spirit within business. Spirit being the creative intelligence and essence that brings joy, vision, and a sense of gratitude and connection within the workplace; illuminating and enhancing the soul of the business itself.

In 2005 a CEO from a government organisation attended one of Heather's workshops, and then invited her to be a consultant and counsellor, promoting well-being and clear vision, within the company she headed. During the three years she worked with the organisation, it became evident for Heather that the shamanic work that she applied in her individual counselling sessions, at all levels of management, delivered powerful and immediate outcomes that flowed on, into every area of the organisation.

At this time, Heather clearly identifies her work in the business and corporate world as Corporate Shamanism, delivering cutting-edge workshops and individual sessions with the following outcomes in mind:

Shamanism:
Shamanism is based on the principle that everything has an energetic spirit and soul, including a business, and that there is more than the physical world available to negotiate change and create visions and dreams for the future. By learning to confidently traverse these worlds through proven shamanic techniques, it is possible to change the internal environment, so as to effectively influence how the external landscape evolves.
