MY ROLE AND MY CLIENTS
I see my role in this relationship and journey as one of inspiring others to wake up and remember, and embrace, who they are as their Authentic Self, to know where they have come from, and to feel confident to walk their path to meet the future.
I encourage them to believe in themselves and trust in their journey.
The clients who visit the centre for healing, counselling, and coaching come from a variety of backgrounds and for many different reasons. Some arrive already well informed of the issues that have held them back in their lives and are ready to work intensively to heal past wounds, let them go and move forward. Others are more tentative as they begin their inner journey and take small steps at a time.
Some visit just the once and fine that is enough or that they are not ready to work with their challenges. Others visit the centre on a weekly or fortnightly basis as a way to support them on their journey until they are ready and equipped to step out alone.
There are no time limits or restrictions on the number of visits and each client is treated as an individual and assessed for their own personal approach to healing.
My work involves helping clients to re-connect with their own inner-healer and wisdom so that they can find their way through life with new-found confidence and insight.

Individual Therapy
Guided by shamanic principles and universal observation, Heather endeavors to help people discover their personal and life purpose to find new and creative ways to live life with deeper meaning and connection with their Inner Self and the earth. She works with a variety of transpersonal and shamanic tools, as can be seen above.
Coaching Heather is available for life and wellbeing coaching by Skype and in individual sessions. Coaching is for people who are ready to be clear about their visions and dreams, and to set and carry out goals towards meeting them.
Groups Heather runs a number of workshops for personal and spiritual development including regular Creative Visioning and designing Vision Board workshops. She also runs workshops on how to work intuitively with crystals and how to incorporate shamanic practices into everyday life; and often facilitates gatherings for sharing teachings in healing, ceremony and journeying with the Medicine Drum. Training Heather offers three levels of training in her method of shamanic healing, known as IVET - Integrated Vibrational Energy Therapy. Please see Training for more information. Corporate Services Heather currently works as a Wellbeing Consultant in the world of business offering creative and exciting programs for all levels of management as support for growth in Self Leadership, Self Care and Conscious Community within Industry. SeeCorporate Shaman for more information. Community Heather works and participates extensively within the community she is living. Her primary interest is in sharing shamanic teachings from the earth. She runs regular Shaman's Walks along local beaches, Mt Cootha, and at the Glasshouse Mountains. She also offers a regular meditation class at Ubuntu Integrated Medical Centre Stafford, which is inspired by her shamanic teachings (3857 3777). Heather has opened and closed festivals, and has been ceremonial holder and offered workshops for a number for organisations over the years. Please see Community for more information.
