Heather speaks with guest Elizabeth Jewell, editor of LivingNow, Australia’s favourite long-running holistic publication, published in four states: VIC, NSW, WA, and QLD.

Heather and Elizabeth will be talking about living with mindfulness - through the thoughts and words we think, and speak. This can even be extended to awareness in what we may project or interpret through the written word.

Among other things, Heather and Elizabeth will be discussing the power of the written word and the importance of story-telling as a medium to inspire the reader to find themselves within the stories told, so they can then find a way through to the other end, perhaps even re-writing their own stories.

Elizabeth makes her difference by connecting and inspiring people through her daily practice, as a writer, and editor of her renowned magazine, LivingNow.

Elizabeth has this to say about LivingNow:

"We publish stories and information to support the complete integration of body, mind, emotions and soul. We seek to contribute to the growth of humanity in coming to understand that we are all connected. We believe we all have the power to make a difference by expanding our own perceptions and beliefs..... we are firmly motivated towards the growth of humanity, and raising the awareness that we are all connected".

                                            Art makes a difference

                                            About The Difference™:
Imagine 6,000 difference makers from around the world gathering and connecting consciously together to collaborate on ways to shift humanity’s consciousness, to open people’s minds and hearts, and make a significant, positive difference in our world. This is the dream of The Difference Project of which I am a part of as The Difference Global Visioning Leader.

By supporting, encouraging and exploring the greatness within each of us, The Difference™ Community is co-creating a far more compassionate and compelling future for us all.

As Global Visioning Leader for The Difference™, my part is to create opportunities for participation and discussion on connecting consciously, harmoniously and passionately - with ourselves, with each other and our communities, and with our present and future dreams and visions.
